Victoris is a small company that was born in 2021 from the hands of a graphic designer and a programmer who love sports. If you want to know more check this section.

Victoris ships through SEUR and Correos. Depending on the product and the place, the shipping costs will be adjusted automatically.

We don't make money with shipping costs. Every time we increase our user numbers we negotiate the shipping methods to decrease shipping costs.

Once the event or race is completed we will send you the medal within 5 days.

If we don't have enough stock once you finish your challenge we'll contact with you. In that case it may take a month to restock the medals.

In Victoris you'll find long and shor challenges. You'll be able to complete the long ones step by step uploading steps, kms or calories. In short challenges you can choose among dooing them step by step or in just one race uploading a GPX file.

1. Click on the main menu "Register".
2. Fill in the registration form both the option "for the web", as well as your personal data and address to be able to send you your medal or other selected pack.
3. Once all fields are properly completed the Register button will be activated (turned yellow). When it is active, click on it to complete the process.

You have two choices:

1. Entra en la tienda y agrega en el carrito el reto que desees. En el caso de que ya tengas una cuenta con nosotros logueate antes, sino termina de rellenar el formulario y completa el proceso de pago.
2. Para la segunda opción, debes estar registrado y logueado. Puede realizar esas funciones pinchando en el icono del perfil de la parte superior derecha de la web. Una vez logueado, pinche en "Retos" en el menú principal y entre dentro del Reto que le interese haciendo clic en "más información". Una vez dentro del reto pinchar en "apuntarme a este evento", pude encontrarlo tanto en el banner principal como al final de la página.

Within the purchase page, you can select between the 3 types of pack that we have (BASIC, MEDAL and SUPER). Select the option you are interested in. You can add if you want an end date, it is optional, it will indicate if you are advancing according to the pace you have set. Click on "Register".

It's okay. You will receive your medal or pack even if you have left the marked time, it will be sent once you complete the Challenge and you have clicked on "END CHALLENGE". The date is only indicative to get more motivation.

Once finished, within your private area in the completed Challenge, a button should appear that says "End challenge" once you click you will be asked to confirm your shipping information. If there is any incorrect information or you want to receive your pack elsewhere, change it and click on "request".

Attention!, it is at that physical address where you will receive your order.

Within your private area, you'll see the Challenges you're already enrolled in. To the right of any active and uncompleted Challenges, a "+Add Miles" button will appear.

When you click, a window will appear where you can enter the activity you want to upload, along with the number of kilometers, calories, or steps... Depending on the activity, once you've entered the amount, click "Upload." You'll see your progress bar move forward. In the latest activities panel, you’ll see it listed—and Victoris will convert your steps and calories into kilometers.

Yes, no problem. You decide if you want to upload different activities to a Challenge or several.

Victoris offers race organizers of all kinds the possibility to create their medals for their events.

You can download your race bib once you've signed up for a challenge. Just log in to your private area using your access details and click on the first icon on the right—the one that’s active.

You can only download your certificate once you've completed the challenge. When you're done, log in to your private area and go to the challenge you're interested in. Click on the first icon on the right—the one that’s active.

Victoris is a progressive web app, which means it’s available on any platform that supports this kind of application.

You can download Victoris directly from your browser or from the following app stores:

Victoris doesn’t yet have a dedicated iOS app. But you can install it on Apple devices in the following way (for iOS 17 or later):
